Busselton clinics ‘a huge success’

Football West News

Footballers from the Leeuwin Naturaliste Junior Soccer Association were out in force in Busselton on Tuesday night for the first Football West Smarter Than Smoking Training Centre clinics.

Around 85 young players turned up for seven sessions, running from 4.30-7.30pm.

Football West Development Officer Garry Church was on hand to assist the coaches, while Football West Program Co-ordinator Tanya Kruck was also in attendance.

“It was a huge success and we had a few new registrations, which was great too,” Kruck said.

Football West took over the clinics from Football Federation South West.

The Football West clinics in Margaret River start on Wednesday, May 30.
