Football Federation Australia rolled out its new registration program to Football West members in Perth on Tuesday night.
FFA Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer Luke Bould and Digital Program Manager Thomas Fowell gave a presentation on the new IneteractSport system at The RISE conference centre in Maylands.
There were around 120 Football West members in attendance, along with Head of Member Services Alex Novatsis and Club Development Officer Leigh Godfrey.
“The night was designed to provide all clubs with information on the new registration and competitions system,” Godfrey said.
The presentation included such items as:
– Background information on how the FFA got to the point of selecting the InteractSport program
– The people involved in the decision making including FFA, Member Federations, Associations and clubs around Australia
– An overview of what the system looks like and the new features the program provides
– A question and answer session which lasted about 30 minutes
Members also received a sneak preview of the new competition system the FFA will be bringing in.
“I’d like to thank everyone who helped make this such a successful night,” Novatsis said.
“Luke and Thomas from the FFA gave a clear presentation for the attendees.
“We had 120 representatives from around 50 clubs from the metropolitan area who were able to see the presentation from the FFA and to put forward any queries and give them feedback.
“It was a big effort to get so many with the season having ended for most.
“We also made sure we filmed the evening so our regional club members can watch on the Football West YouTube site.”
