Football West ran the latest of our free coaching workshops at Wanneroo City SC this week.

The first was a Skill Acquisition workshop, followed by one on Game Training, with players from the Roos’ under-11 and under-16 sides taking part in Monday night’s sessions.

Football West skill acquisition trainer Brad Hassell, who conducted the Smarter Than Smoking workshops, was pleased with the turnout.

He said: “We’ve done three of these nights and it went well. We had 10 coaches for the skills acquisition and 13 for the game training.”
