Morley-Windmills will be aiming to upset Gosnells City in a two-leg Play-off Final to earn a place in the All Flags State League Division One next season.
The teams will clash at Walter Padbury Reserve on Saturday (September 30) before the return leg at Wotton Reserve on Thursday (October 5).
Gosnells finished second from bottom in Division One this year and were dragged into the Play-offs, although they made light of their struggles to score a convincing 6-1 aggregate win over Swan United to reach the final.
Morley-Windmills have been a team on the rise, climbing to second on the All Flags State League Division Two and sweeping past Wanneroo City 5-0 on aggregate.
Ben Wantee scored a hat-trick for Windmills in a crushing 4-0, second-leg victory that had manager John Castrilli wanting more from the dynamic frontman.
“When Benny is on song there is no one better,” Castrilli said after beating Wanneroo.
Gosnells coach Alan Dunlop, who will look to the experience of Dean Apelgren and Darren Francis in the crunch game, is determined to keep City in the division.
“It’s going to be a tough test, but this is what play-off is meant to bring, a bit of excitement,” Dunlop said after beating Swan. “Let’s just hope we’re on the right end of it.”
