Young Sports Leader to run Rockingham MiniRoos

Football West News

A new club-run ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off program will begin this month at Rockingham City.

The program will be run by 14-year-old Jaide Hook and junior club coach Jamie Kennedy.

Jaide successfully completed Football West’s Young Sports Leaders program last year, an initiative backed by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and designed to bring through more young coaches and referees.

She recently helped helping run an ALDI MiniRoos activation at a recent Glory game.

The ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off program will take place at Rockingham’s Larkhill Sports Complex on Saturday, February 23 at 9.30am. The cost is $60.
