Football West News

The Gold Fields Boys State U15s were well beaten in their second game at the Jinshan International Youth Football Championship in Shanghai.

Host nation China were too strong for the WA boys as they completed a 6-0 win.

Gold Fields cioach Garry Church said: “No complaints, we were a little unlucky with the final score but we were second best. Like all the teams here they were well organised and they took their chances.”

The U15s lost their opening fixture to Belgian team Standard Liege.
