Coaches wanted for Skill Development Program

Football West is seeking TWO coaches for the Hyundai Skill Development Program (SDP) beginning in May.
The Hyundai SDP is a supplementary training program for 9-16 year old players running in terms 2 and 3 of 2019.
This is a casual role, with coaches required to plan and conduct sessions on Saturday mornings at Gibbney Reserve in Maylands.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Hyundai SDP coach is responsible for the design and implementation of quality football sessions in accordance with the FFA Curriculum.
The main duties of the role are to plan and conduct age appropriate sessions following the GIG methodology and complete player evaluations at the conclusion of the program.
Skills and experience
Minimum of a valid FFA C Licence, or the availability to attend the next C Licence course
Strong working knowledge of the FFA National Curriculum
Ability to plan and deliver effective training sessions
Experience in working with youth players is preferred
A person must be eligible to work in Australia in order to be employed by Football West and must also provide:
Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
Suitable Proof of Identity based on a 100-point identity check as described in the Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 1990 (Cth). Original documents must be sighted
A current First Aid certificate
A current Working with Children check
A current Driver’s Licence
