Football Federation Australia Technical Director Rob Sherman will be in Perth next week to put on a presentation of his future vision and pathways for clubs and players and practical demonstration on player development.
All Presidents, Technical Directors and Coaches of Football West clubs are invited to attend the session at Perth SC’s Dorrien Gardens on Monday, August 26, between 6-9pm.
Football West Head of Development Jamie Harnwell said it was an opportunity for all football stakeholders to pick the brains of the FFA’s technical chief.
“We are delighted to be able to bring Rob to WA and it is great for our football community to get the chance to come along, see his vision for football in Australia as well as seeing how he works, ask him questions and get feedback.
“This is open to Presidents, TDs and Coaches from NPL to community clubs and any that attend are encouraged to bring their kit and boots and get amongst it.”
Rob, who was appointed in April this year, will hold a practical session with a number of young players between 6-7pm. This will be followed by a powerpoint presentation and Q&A session.
Coaches, TDs and Presidents keen to attend should email firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm Friday.
