1. Promoter: The promoter is Football West Limited (ABN 25 109 919 324) of Sam Kerr Football Centre, 305 Welshpool Road, Queens Park WA 6107.
2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to Australian residents aged 16 and over who have submitted a valid entry at forms.footballwest.com.au/new-balance-npl-2026-mid-season-predictions for the above mentioned competition, by Friday 10 July 2026, 11:59pm AWST. Employees of Football West are not eligible to enter. By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Entry Limit: One entry per person.
4. Prizes: Ten winners will be chosen at random. Each winner will receive one $100 New Balance voucher. The total number of prizes is ten. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be made except at the discretion of Football West.
5. Draw Date and Location: The draw will take place on or before Tuesday, 14 July 2026 at 5:00pm AWST. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently under the supervision of a representative from Football West.
6. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the draw.
7. Prize Collection: Prizes will be sent out via email.
8. Confidentiality: All personal information collected as part of the entry process will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of this prize draw, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable privacy laws in Western Australia. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability: Football West is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries, or any technical malfunctions that may affect the entry process. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Football West from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the prize draw or any prize won.
10. Modification or Cancellation: Football West reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time, without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its control. Any changes to the prize draw will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
