Football West News
UPDATE: Football West would like to take the opportunity to speak with the WA football community as we continue to work together through the current period.
Football West is in regular discussions with State, Federal and Local governments, plus Football Federation Australia, to see how best we can alleviate some of the pressures on our clubs, players and volunteers.
BELOW: Frequently Asked Questions
We value the patience and understanding that has been shown. As we work towards a resumption of grassroots football competitions and activities, we will continue to keep you informed of the latest development and guidelines. It is important that clubs, players and volunteers abide by the health and safety requirements, including the postponement of all football activities.
We have been delighted with the response to our E-Series Club Cup competition, with almost 200 players registering to take part. E-sports is a massive market and an area Football West will explore to ensure we continue to offer regular community interaction.
We have also got on board with West Australian Socceroo Trent Sainsbury, who will launch our #keepitupwa skill challenge this week. Trent has kindly filmed a short video for us from his home in Israel, where he currently plays.
And Football West would like to celebrate the extension of our partnership with Crystalise, who are a key supporter of our All-abilities and Inclusion programs.
Finally, please everyone continue to follow the latest COVID-19 expert health advice and stay safe and healthy.
