AC Milan vs Perth Glory 2025 | Ticket give-away
1. Promoter
a. The promoter of this competition is Football West Limited (ABN: 25 109 919 324), located at Sam Kerr Football Centre, 305 Welshpool Road, Queens Park WA 6107.
2. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to all individuals who follow the NPL WA Facebook and/or Instagram page, have liked the prize competition post on Football West and tagged a friend on 29 July 2025 before 6:00pm.
b. Employees of Football West, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
a. Entries close 29 July 2025 at 5:00pm.
4. Entry Requirements
a. Entry is automatic as per 2.
b. There is no cost to enter this competition.
5. Prize - random draw / 2 prizes in total
a. 2 x double passes for the event AC Milan vs Perth Glory on 31 July 2025 at HBF Park: 1 winner (2 tickets = 1 double pass) for the Facebook page, and another winner for the Instagram page.
6. Prize Draw and Winner Selection
a. Winners will be selected at random via an electronic draw.
b. The draw will take place at Football West’s offices at Sam Kerr Football Centre, 305 Welshpool Road, Queens Park WA 6107 on 29 July 2025 before 6:00pm. Winners will be notified via email as soon as possible.
7. General Conditions
a. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if fraudulent activity is suspected. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy
a. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Football West’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Compliance with WA Trade Promotion Lottery Conditions
a. This competition complies with WA’s Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 for Trade Promotion Lotteries.
b. Records related to this promotion will be retained for 12 months and made available to an authorised officer upon request.
c. The draw will be conducted in a manner that ensures fairness and transparency.
d. Any amendments to these terms and conditions require prior written approval from the Gaming and Wagering Commission of WA.
