Football West vacancy: Operations Support Officer
Football West is seeking an Operations Support Officer.
This is a full-time role at the hub of our operation in Perth.
The successful applicant will support participants in our competitions, teams and talent programs through registrations, customer inquiries, fixturing, invoicing, program bookings, logistics, event day planning and coordination.
The Operations Team strives to deliver quality customer experience and maximise participation in football activities across WA.
Responsibilities include:
- General sports administration tasks associated with ensuring smooth delivery of competitions such as registrations, fixturing, results, team allocations, invoicing
- Dealing with customer and key stakeholder inquiries
- Supporting outbound call campaigns to secure registrations to programs
- Scheduling casual workforce required for a range of programs across the organisation
