Sarah said: “Girls Day Out is about opening the door to football for girls of every age and ability. As our largest junior girls event of the year, it is a fun, welcoming 'come and try' experience where girls can learn new skills and enjoy the game, whether they've played before or are stepping onto the pitch for the first time. By giving girls a positive, empowering introduction to football, we hope to help them fall in love with the game. Girls Day Out is more than an event; it's a celebration of the growing female football community in WA and a chance to inspire the next generation. ”

Izzy added: “Girls Day Out is always such a special event, and I’m really excited to be part of it again in 2026. Growing up, I remember attending similar days and absolutely loving the experience, being around so many other girls who loved football and just having fun with the game. With a chance to meet role models from Perth Glory, asking questions, hearing about their journeys, and getting autographs. We can’t wait to see everyone there and celebrate girls in football together.”
