Football West is pleased to announce the launch of a pilot Futsal Elite Development Program (FEDP).
Selected boys will train once a week and play two age groups up in the WA Junior State Futsal League at Pro Futsal in Bibra Lake on Saturdays.
If players are already with a club at Pro Futsal, they can still play with their current club as they will be granted dual registration to play for their club and Football West.
The Pro Futsal season is scheduled to begin in the middle of March.
The FEDP is for boys born in 2008 (U12).
Trials will be conducted on Sunday, January 19, Monday, January 20 and Monday, February 3 at Maccabi Sports Centre, Woodrow Avenue, Yokine.
Pre-season training will start on Monday, 3 March.
The program, which is in co-ordination with Pro Futsal, aims to develop futsal players to be the best they can be, encourage creativity, imagination and refining skills to enhance the players performance. .
The cost of this program is $415.00 (incl. GST) which includes kit and all fees to play in the Pro Futsal League.
