Football School programs this April selling fast
Spots are filling up fast for the latest Football West Football Schools holiday program
The Football Schools are three-day camps for players aged 7–15 that consist of three on-field sessions – technical development, tactical preparation and small-sided games – as well as a look at wider game preparation such as goal-setting, nutrition and rest and recovery.
The upcoming programs are open to boys and girls and will be hosted at the Sam Kerr Football Centre in Queens Park. The first option takes place between 8-10 April, with the second between 15-17 April.
Football West Program Development Lead and former Socceroo David Williams said: "The Football West Football School program provides young players with a professional environment to learn, enjoy the game, and develop the skills needed to reach their full potential.
"It gives every child the opportunity to improve, grow in confidence, and take the next step in their football journey. There's a huge benefit with this program, not least the fact that it is held at a world-class facility in the Sam Kerr Football Centre. If it's good enough for the Socceroos, Matildas and even AC Milan, then why not give the young ones a chance to live a breath like a pro for a few days!"
