Life Membership of Football West is formal recognition of the significant achievement of people from the Western Australian football community.
Nominations can be made by any member of the WA football community to one of Football West’s Standing Committee Chairs, Zone Representatives or Directors, and any nominations received will be forwarded to the Board and the Life Membership Committee for consideration.
The Board will consider the Life Membership Committee’s recommendations and vote to endorse which nominees will be put forward to Members for formal voting at the Annual General Meeting.
Forms must be sent to company.secretary@footballwest.com.au and nominations for consideration at Football West’s 2021 AGM must be received by 5pm on Monday, February 15, 2021.
