A round-up of some of the programs taking place in the regions.
Goldfields
Football West Goldfields Development Officer Josh Chiat has visited Esperance, where he hosted a three-day school holiday program, and Leonora.
Workshops included a goalkeeper masterclass, a soccer clinic and a club workshop. There was also a new inclusive Walking Football session for Bay of Isles Community Outreach clients and support staff. Participants included members of the community with intellectual disabilities and diagnosed mental health conditions. Josh also ran a Street Football demonstration.
The visit was covered by the Esperance Express.
A futsal competition for the Kalgoorlie Voluntary Fire Rescue Service on Sunday raised $570. The competition at the Goldfields Oasis was won by a team made up of Belgian backpackers. Kalgoorlie Miner wrap here
The first Hyundai TSP session in Kalgoorlie is scheduled for this month.

Great Southern
Regional Development Officer Sarthak Mishra has introduced MiniRoos Kick-Off Programs in Albany and Katanning. The introductory program is for children aged between three and nine.
Football West is also hosting a female-only Training Centre in Katanning and a Training Centre in Denmark.

South West
Leeuwin-Naturaliste Development Officer Juan Propato has resumed the Football West Training Centres in Busselton and Margaret River. Money was raised for the Sussex Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade through a gold coin donation.
Football West is preparing activations for Perth Glory’s Westfield W-League clash with Western Sydney Wanderers in Bunbury on February 29.

With the 2020 season about to start in Broome, Kimberley Development Officer Kamil Chetty has hosted indoor sessions at PCYC and outdoor sessions at BRAC Ovals.

Football West Administration Officer Midwest Tanya Amazzini is looking for expressions of interest for trials for the Hyundai Talent Support Program. The trials will commence this month with the program open to boys and girls aged 13-16.
