2024 Junior Girls Cup Finals Day

The Junior Girls Cup Finals Day took place at the Sam Kerr Football Centre on Saturday 10 August.

The Junior Girls Cup Finals Day was presented by Healthway and its Think Mental Health campaign.

U13s Cup Final: UWA Nedlands 1-0 Sorrento FC

A close game to open the day between two sides from Girls Division One went the way of UWA Nedlands thanks to a first-half goal by Lila Voigt.

U14s Cup Final: UWA Nedlands 3-1 Mandurah City

Another all-Division One final resulted in more joy for UWA Nedlands as they completed a cup double with this win over Mandurah City. 

Uni raced into a two-goal lead inside the opening nine minutes with goals by Isabella De Lestang and Lucy Mackay. It was 3-0 when Evie Colgan netted in the second half, before Darcy Brown gave the Dolphins a deserved consolation.

U16s Cup Final: Wembley Downs 0-8 Subiaco

Division Three Wembley had done great to reach the final but there was to be no fairytale end as Subiaco showed their extra quality.

The Division One team, who were 4-0 up at the break, did not let their opponents get a foothold in the match. Jessica Berlingeri claimed a hat-trick, Coco Kamien two, while the other scorers were Isla Alexander, Rose Robinson and Sophia Harris.

U17s Cup Final: Gosnells City 7-0 Balcatta Etna

The last match of the day saw Gosnells City defeat their first-division rivals in another one-sided encounter.

Again, it was 4-0 at half-time as Olivia Learmonth and Nacim Sene scored two apiece. Learmonth completed her hat-trick in the second half, with Herimila Atsbha helping herself to a brace.
