2025 Overall Satisfaction Survey: Nine in 10 happy with football experience

Following another season of strong growth, Football West is delighted to present the results of the 2025 Overall Satisfaction Survey showing more than nine out of 10 respondents are pleased with their weekly football experience.

Survey results reveal 94% of people said they enjoy their experience.

Other findings show that 85% of those who completed the survey would recommend football to somebody else.

The area considered a top priority above others is club development, including governance and facility support (19%). This is followed by the quality of refereeing (17%) and the quality of coaching, including development (16%).

The 2025 Overall Satisfaction Survey had more than 1200 respondents. Football West would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the Overall Satisfaction Survey. These responses will continue to shape Football West’s operations for 2026.
