2026 Belt Up Regional Festival of Football program details
Football West is pleased to confirm details of its programs during the 2026 Belt Up Regional Festival of Football.
This year's festival takes place in the Great Southern region between 11-16 May.
The free activities include:
- Club Development & Safeguarding Workshop, with FW Club Development Lead Mo Syafiq and Integrity and Governance Manager Jamie English
- Coach Education Workshop, with FW Coach Development Officer Cris Ola
- Regional Girls Day Out Carnival, with FW Female Football & Advocacy Manager and ex-Perth Glory A-League player Sarah Carroll
- Women in Football Networking Breakfast, with FW CEO Jamie Harnwell and Female Football & Advocacy Manager Sarah Carroll
- School Clinics
The week finishes with two New Balance NPL WA fixtures at Albany's Retravision Stadium – the Round Eight Women's game between Hyundai Football West Academy and Perth Azzurri at 2pm, and the Round 10 Men's clash between Perth Glory and Bayswater City (4pm).
On the night before the games, all four teams will take part in a free open training session.
