As this year’s NAIDOC Week celebrations continue, Football West and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia are excited to launch the 2026 NAIDOC Ball Design competition.

The annual competition, now in its seventh year, sees members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in WA invited to enter a design.

The winner has their artwork printed on 500 footballs alongside the Insurance Commission’s Belt Up road safety message.

The footballs will be distributed to communities, schools and clubs across Western Australia as part of next year’s NAIDOC Week, which runs from 5-12 July 2026.
