Clubs invited to apply to fill State League vacancy

Football West is inviting expressions of interest from clubs wishing to join the State League following the recent withdrawal of Joondalup United.

Football West and the State League Standing Committee will rank applicants on the following criteria:

1. Sporting merit
2. Venue and facilities
3. Total club structure and Junior pathways
4. Club standing
5. Governance
6. Finance

The successful applicant will play in State League Division Two in 2025.

Interested clubs are asked to submit the EOI form HERE by noon on Monday 7 October. A decision is expected by Friday 11 October.

All clubs have received full details of the process.

A separate process will follow to fill any vacancies in the Belt Up Amateur League.
