Olympic Kingsway are heading to Queensland after they were drawn away to Brisbane City in the Round of 16 of the Hahn Australia Cup.
Olympic produced one of the biggest upsets in years last night when they dumped A-League Melbourne Victory out of the competition on an unforgettable night at Kingsway Reserve.
Brisbane City beat NPL Queensland rivals Olympic FC tonight in their Round of 32 tie.
Olympic Kingsway head coach David Tough said: “It’s a good draw, exciting and winnable, and I imagine they will say the same.
“NPL Queensland is a very strong league. Lions came over last year and beat Perth RedStar and they were very good.
“After last night, I would have preferred a home draw, but this is very exciting.”

Almost 24 hours after the incredible scenes that followed the 4-3 win over Victory, Tough admitted he was still coming to terms with the magnitude of the feat.
“It still hasn’t sunk in to be honest,” he said. “I’m so proud of the players, they were all brilliant.
“The players who came on made such a difference. Jono (Jonathan Leithead) had so much energy, especially as they were tiring and down to 10 men, and of course, Laim Boland with his two goals.

“That was one of Mitch’s (Oxborrow) best games for the club, the delivery of his set-pieces and his work out of possession. Josh Samson was another, absolutely brilliant, the two Colossuses at the back (Aryn Williams and Harley Orr), and Joe Hobson up front. But really, it was all of them.
“I said before the game for them to go and write themselves in the history books and I’m so proud we made so many people happy on the night.”
The game against Brisbane City will be Kingsway's fourth Australia Cup match and first away from home. Should they become the first Football West side to reach to the quarter-finals, they face another trip over east and a meeting with the winners of the tie between Melbourne's Avondale FC, who knocked out Stirling Macedonia, and APIA Leichhardt, who tonight stunned reigning A League champions Melbourne City.
