Maccabi are in third after they won 3-0 at South Perth United. Jonah Froman got the opening goal in the first half, followed by two goals in a minute from substitute Dion Berman.
Previous leaders Emerald slipped to fourth after they went down 1-0 to Jaguar FC, while North Beach edged Peel United 2-0 thanks to a Brodie Martin penalty and a goal by Luke Jones.
Wembley Downs, who are fifth, have two matches in hand on their rivals because of their Australia Cup run, which ended on the weekend. They play their Round Four game against Kingsley Westside on Thursday.
