Kingsley to face Mandurah in State League Night Series final

Kingsley Westisde will face Mandurah City in the 2025 State League Night Series final at the Sam Kerr Football Centre on Saturday.

Kingsley clinched their place in the decider with a 2-1 win against Cockburn City at Inglewood Stadium last night.

Elliot Tattersall's goal had Kingsley in front at the break, with Cockburn levelling early in the second half through Oliver Carr. City were on terms for less than five minutes as Kingsley went back ahead thanks to a Luke Salmon penalty.

It was penalties that ultimately decided the outcome of the second semi-final as Mandurah overcame Gwelup Croatia in a shoot-out following a 1-1 draw.

Both goals came in the second half, Max Worswick's brilliant opener for Mandurah cancelled out by Shaun Doherty's late equaliser. That meant penalties, where Mandurah came out on top 4-2.

Results
Kingsley Westside 2-1 Cockburn City
Mandurah City 1-1 Gwelup Croatia (Mandurah win on pens)
