The Football West Gold Fields WA State Futsal teams missed out on Friday's grand finals series despite the best efforts of the Boys U13s and U19s, and Girls U13s.
Game of the day was the Boys U19s semi-final between WA and Capital Football. In a futsal classic, the lead changed hands on a number of occasions before Capital Football squeezed home on penalties after the match ended 6-6.

The Boys U13s have enjoyed a great week and reached the last four with an 11-1 demolition of Capital. However, they then came up against a strong NSW Metro, going down 5-2.
It was a similar story for the Girls U13s, who were impressive in brushing aside Capital 8-3 in the quarter-finals. Unfortunately, they were unable to get past Queensland in the semi-final, losing 3-1.
