North Perth United are top of the Belt Up Men's Amateur Premier Division by a point after the first three rounds of matches.

United picked up their second win of the season on Sunday, downing Night Series winners North Beach 3-1 at Woodville Reserve. Kyle Jackson, Patrick Montgomery and Nickolas Bailey scored for the hosts, with Luke Jones grabbing a late consolation for North Beach.

Second-place South Perth United suffered their first loss of the season, going down 2-1 to East Perth at Cabrini Park. David Long and Conor Convey were on target for the hosts, while Bradley North netted for South Perth.

Jaguar, who have played only two games, are third on goal difference after they defeated Joondalup United 3-1 with goals from Joseph Juma, Magai Deng and substitute Ayella Joseph. Glen Atkinson got United's goal.

Wembley Downs made light work of bottom club Peel United, winning 7-0 at Butlers Reserve. Harry Browne got two while Matthew Devereux, Daniel D'Avoine, Kevin Punselie, Luke Thistlethwaite and Thomas Bish were the other scorers.

Sunday's other game saw Emerald and Kelmscott Roos draw 1-1. Phatehate Kiazolu gave Roos the lead, Andrew Wood levelled for Emerald.

Finally, South West Phoenix collected three points thanks to captain Jeremy Stevens' four-goal haul in Saturday night's 4-2 victory over Kwinana United.
