The 2025 campaign heralds a new era for RedStar, with Chris Atturo named as head coach late last year. Atturo replaces Carlos Vega Mena who led the club to three successive league titles and countless other trophies during an incredible spell in charge.

Fremantle City, Perth SC and the Hyundai FW Academy have also changed head coaches since the end of last season. Sam Geddes has taken over from Faye Chambers at Freo, Tom Glavovic replaces Danielle Brogan at the Azzurri, while Stephen Walmsley is the new head coach for the rebranded Academy NPLW side.
The head coaches at the four other NPLW sides will remain unchanged – Steve Atkins (MUM FC), Peter Rakich (Balcatta), Lawrence Lewis (UWA Nedlands) and Greg Farrell (Subiaco).
