The Football West Standing Committee and Zone Representative elections are now open, and we are looking to attract a diverse group of people to represent the WA football community.
We want passionate people who are keen to make a difference and who will enjoy shaping how football is played in WA.
These are exciting times for our game, with the FIFA Women’s World Cup on our doorstep and the State Football Centre opening soon.
We also know first-hand the WA football community is made up of people who hold passionate views on how the game should go forward.
Well, here is your opportunity to get involved and have your say.
Football West wants to hear from coaches, parents, administrators, officials and supporters. Everyone in our sport has a voice and we want as many as possible to be heard.
We need to fill 84 positions, right across the State:
- Eight Metropolitan Zone Representative positions (two each in Metro North, Metro South, Metro East and Metro Central)
- Six Regional Zone Representative positions (one each in Peel, South West, Great Southern, Wheatbelt/Goldfields, Midwest/Gascoyne, Kimberley/Pilbara)
- 10 Standing Committee positions on each of seven Standing Committees for Men’s State League, Amateur/Social/Masters, Women, Juniors, Referees, Futsal and Coaches
