Team nominations open for 2026 Hahn Australia Cup
Football West is seeking team entry nominations for the 2026 Hahn Australia Cup.
The men’s knockout competition is open to all Football West clubs, plus A-League outfit Perth Glory.
NPLWA and State League teams must enter the Australia Cup, with State League sides to join in Preliminary Round Three and NPL sides in Preliminary Round Four.
Perth Glory enter the Australia Cup at the national stage.
All clubs, including those whose entry is mandatory, need to complete the application form HERE. The nomination deadline is Wednesday 14 January.*
Hahn Australia Cup key dates (weekend unless stated)
- Preliminary Round Two – 21-22 February
- Preliminary Round Three – 14-15 March
- Preliminary Round Four – 11-12 April
- Preliminary Round Five – 2-3 May
- Preliminary Round Six – 19-21 May (midweek)
- Preliminary Round Seven – 16-18 June (midweek)
The two winning teams in Preliminary Round Seven will enter the national Hahn Australia Cup Round of 32. They will also meet in the State Cup final on Saturday 29 August.

- Football Australia’s team entry fee of $825 per NPL club for the Australia Cup will be subsidised by Football West. NPL clubs will be charged $392.65 (inc GST) for team entry.
Football West will also subsidise the $330 team entry fee for non-NPL clubs. These clubs will be charged $82.15 (inc GST) for team entry.
