Football West Rules & Regulations
The Football West Constitution is the organisation’s core governance document. It sets out the foundations of how Football West is structured and run, including key principles around membership, decision-making, and how the organisation meets its responsibilities as the governing body for football in Western Australia.
At a practical level, the Constitution provides the overall “rulebook” for Football West’s governance, including how it operates within the broader Australian football system and the expectations around compliance with relevant football regulations and dispute processes.
For transparency and easy access, the full Constitution, By-Laws and Board Charter are available below. These documents sit together as Football West’s governance framework: the Constitution sets out the overarching rules, the By-Laws provide supporting detail, and the Board Charter outlines how the Board carries out its governance role.
