A development program for young referees starting their officiating journey through structured training, mentoring and real match experience.
The Referee Cadets program provides a supportive pathway into refereeing, helping participants build confidence and develop their understanding of the Laws of the Game, communication, positioning and game management skills before progressing into senior officiating.
More than just refereeing, the program gives young people the opportunity to stay involved in football, develop leadership skills, earn income and pursue higher-level officiating opportunities in the future.
