Level 1/Advanced Referee Course
The Advanced Referee course is the practical component for individuals looking to progress through the Referee pathway and officiate in high-level matches.
Participants will officiate as a referee in National Premier League competitions and be provided ongoing feedback across the year. This course equips referees with the skills and confidence required to take centre stage in high-level football matches and reach the highest levels of their profession.

Level 2 Referee Course
Once the theory component is completed you may choose to undertake the practical component to gain the ‘full’ qualification as a Level 2 Referee. These are undertaken over the course of at least one full season.
To undertake this training program you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a current Level 3 Referee qualification.

Senior Match Official Course
The Senior Football Match Official course (formerly known as the Level 3 Referee Course) is tailored for those who wish to take their first steps into officiating senior-level football. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the Laws of the Game as applied to adult competitions. Participants will learn the key aspects of match control and decision-making, preparing them for the demands of amateur senior football organised by Member Federations and associations.
