The North West Championships is a junior representative football event that brings together associations from across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.
Played over three days during the school holidays, the Championships are delivered as a small sided tournament designed to support development, enjoyment and meaningful competition for young players. Junior associations from across the region participate in a round robin format followed by finals, creating a carnival style environment that celebrates football in the north west.
The tournament features Under 9, Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 boys’ and girls’ teams, providing age appropriate competition and opportunities for players to represent their region and develop within the football pathway.
The North West Championships play an important role in strengthening regional football, supporting talent identification and connecting communities across the Pilbara and Kimberley.
