Female Football

Creating a supportive pathway for women and girls

The purpose of our Female Football programs is to grow and strengthen the women’s and girls’ game across Western Australia by creating clear, inclusive pathways for participation at all ages and skill levels.

This includes increasing access to opportunities, improving retention, and ensuring girls and women can participate in environments that are safe, welcoming, and supportive.

A core focus is on removing barriers to entry and building a lifelong connection to the game, whether as players, coaches, referees, or administrators.
