Balcatta Etna will meet Perth Azzurri in the final of the 2026 Construction Training Fund Women’s State Cup.
A hat-trick from Jamie-Lee Gale helped last year’s beaten finalists Balcatta see off Division One Subiaco 7-0 at Home Group Stadium.
Sofija Nikoloska, Abbey Meakins, Monique D’Opera and Rachel Jarvis were the other scorers.
Unbeaten New Balance NPL WA leaders Azzurri beat holders Fremantle City 3-0 at Alfred Skeet Reserve.
Ella Lincoln gave Perth a first-half lead, but Freo had a great chance to level after the break when they were awarded a penalty for handball. However, captain Annabelle Leek saw her spot-kick well saved by Dayle Schroeder.
Azzurri made the most of that let-off when Lincoln added a second near the end, with Daisy McAllister putting the cherry on the top of a fine win in the final minute.
The CTF Women’s State Cup final is a repeat of the past two Night Series deciders, both of which Balcatta have won 1-0. It takes place at the Sam Kerr Football Centre on Saturday 29 August.
